Vacancy Full Description : Working on the front of house within the Bannatyne Health Clubs is more than just a job; we are dedicated to our members and strive to find people who are passionate about exemplary customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a career with Bannatynes. They are offering a rotatory apprenticeship where you will gain experience in different teams across the Health Club such as the Café, Sales, Front of house and also within the gym. This would mean that at the end of the Apprenticeship you would be skilled in providing 5-star customer service within all sections and have transferable skills across all teams.
During the 12 month Apprenticeship, if an opportunity was to become available within one of the departments that you have worked in then you will have the opportunity to apply for this internally.
You must be prepared to work a varied shift pattern in accordance with the business needs which may fluctuate from time to time - this will include some weekend work
Day to day duties:
- Meet and Greet Customers
- Retail and Up Selling
- Cash Handling
- Making client bookings face to face and via telephone using booking system in situ
- Understand the facilities and offers available within the Health club such as gym classes
- Interact with customers during shifts
- Any ad hoc tasks deemed appropriate for your ability and role
There is an opportunity to build rapport with our members and guests and demonstrate excellent customer service which is paramount to the success of the Bannatyne Health Club
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 40 hours a week, shift work including some weekend work
Weekly Wage : £140.00

Other Information : Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
