Vacancy Full Description : Office administrative support:
Ensuring all message and calls are recorded and delivered to the relevant person.
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
Diary management and scheduling.
Filing, tidying and record keeping.
Research work for projects.
Co-ordinate and report on staff time-sheets, processing annual leave requests.
Maintaining company policies and processes.
Ordering equipment, stationery and sundries, assisting with facilities management.
Project Management support:
Assisting in the up keep of project management systems – Reporting on accounts and archiving projects on a monthly basis.
Working with the office manager to ensure processes are followed and project management systems are used correctly.
Collating project management information on a monthly basis to support management meetings.
Accounts administration: assisting the invoicing process including uploading invoices onto accounting system.
Assisting with Daily and monthly accounts reconciliation.

Other Information : The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.70 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.90 an hour for 18-20 year olds, £7.38 for anyone aged 21 to 24 and £7.83 for those over 25. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
