Vacancy Full Description : The Howard Academy Trust are looking for the best people to become Apprentices. In conjunction with Lifetime Training, The Howard Academy Trust offer outstanding candidates the opportunity to complete an Apprenticeship in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools L2

Tasks Involved
• Participate actively in creating a stimulating learning environment according to individual need
• Creating and updating student recourses
• Implement individual education programmes under the direction of the teacher and team leader
• Contribute to maintaining pupil / student individual records
• Be involved in all aspects of the pupil / student’s day
• Provide high standards of physical and emotional care
• Ensure that the physical environment is maintained to high standards of safety, hygiene and presentation
• Participate in all staff training and development
• Interact professionally with parents and guardians
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 32.5 Hours Per Week
Weekly Wage : £191.75

Skills Required : English and Maths GCSE C Grade or Above
You need to have a keen interest in this Industry and be dedicated to working towards your qualification

Other Information : The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.70 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £4.20 an hour for under 18's, £5.90 an hour for 18-20 year olds, £7.38 for anyone aged 21 to 24 and £7.83 for those over 25. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
