Vacancy Full Description : In this role you will be passing vendor invoices in a timely manner, printing our sales invoices, assisting with different transport teams as back-up for queries, issues and production of detailed emails.
Bookings will need to be loaded into the system, updated at key milestones in the supply chain and relevant documents to scanned into our operating system.
Client emails need to be acknowledged in a professional and articulate manner and passed to relative operator.
Other duties may be working alongside the necessary operator on a day to day basis.
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Weekly Wage : £138.75

The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.70 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £5.90 an hour for 18-20 year olds, £7.38 for anyone aged 21 to 24 and £7.83 for those over 25. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
