Vacancy Short Description : Harvester are currently looking for a Kitchen Team Leader Apprentice to join their team at Mitchells & Butlers. The Kitchen Team Leader role is vital in the overall success of the kitchen team so we are looking for someone who will be as passionate about delivering a great guest experience as we are!

Kitchen Team Leader role:
• Prepare, cook and present food in accordance with brand standards
• Lead the team in delivering an excellent guest experience

Other Information : The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.70 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £4.20 an hour for under 18's, £5.90 an hour for 18-20 year olds, £7.38 for anyone aged 21 to 24 and £7.83 for those over 25. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
