Qualifications Required : - Four GCSE's or equivalent, including English and Maths or be able to demonstrate that skills and knowledge have been developed
Vacancy Full Description : Working alongside a team of 9 individuals providing an excellent best in class response to customers and handling queries at first point of contact.

To undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the Technical & Client Support business unit has adequate support to work efficiently.

As the role evolved and the company grows, the responsibilities will adopt accordingly.

During your time with us, we hope to train you in the following areas;

• Technical knowledge of our product portfolio
• Telephone management
o Learning to apply a range of skills to provide an excellent service to customers including answering incoming calls and responding to emails
• Understanding and analysing data using Microsoft programs
• Support updating records and databases
• Customer Management (including learning about complaints, the importance of customer focus and delighting the customer)
• How a Client Support Department operates.
o Learning to work effectively as part of a team as well as on own initiative, developing excellent communication skills
o Learning to deal with all queries in an effective and efficient way
o Learning how to accurately maintain records, both manual and computerised
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Other Information : The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.90 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £6.15 an hour for 18-20 year olds, £7.70 for anyone aged 21 to 24 and £8.21 for those over 25. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week). These rates apply from 1st April 2019.
