They are looking for a motivated, passionate individual to join the team as a Food and Beverage Apprentice who can start their learning journey to become an exceptional hospitality professional.

Vacancy Full Description : MW Eat own and run three fine dining restaurants - Amaya, Chutney Mary and Veeraswamy; and several Masala Zone sophisticated informal dining restaurants. All the restaurants are excellently located within central London and all are rooted in a deep understanding of authentic Indian cuisine while constantly focusing, with flair and curiosity, on contemporary interpretations.

You will be working towards your Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Standard, which will last 12-15 months. During this time you will be paid a competitive salary so that you can earn whilst you learn, and your trainer will arrange meetings with you on site so that you can work through your programme.
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, various shifts including evenings and weekends
Weekly Wage : £221.40

Other Information : The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.90 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £6.15 an hour for 18-20 year olds, £7.70 for anyone aged 21 to 24 and £8.21 for those over 25. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week). These rates apply from 1st April 2019.
Things to consider : You will be expected to work evenings and weekends and throughout holiday periods such as Christmas
