Qualifications Required : Minimum of basic GCSE'S preferred, but would consider someone with the right attributes if not.
Vacancy Full Description : To repair, install/deliver, check and test all makes and types of domestic appliances including built-in appliances.
You will also deal with all customer contact in store, phone, online and in home with everything from appliance and parts sales, to booking in repairs.
Engaging with our customers during their experience.
Number of Positions Available : 1
Working Week : 34 Hours per week, 30 mins unpaid lunch break
Weekly Wage : £153.00

Personal Qualities : Must be reliable, conscientious and have a good work ethic.
To show initiative, and be able to work on own or handle own workload.
Have good communication skills , and be adaptable.
Skills Required : Basic computer skills
Driving licence and practical skills would be an advantage
Future Prospects : Excellent prospects and progression for the right applicant
Training to be Provided : Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English
Other Information : The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £3.90 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. The minimum wage rates are £6.15 an hour for 18-20 year olds, £7.70 for anyone aged 21 to 24 and £8.21 for those over 25. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week). These rates apply from 1st April 2019.
